No. Budget billing is a service from Eversource in which your bill is the same amount every month, regardless of how much electricity you use. If you participate in Newton Power Choice, budget billing will no longer apply to the Supply portion of your Eversource bill. Budget billing will continue to for the delivery portion of your bill.
