As of February 2023, there have been over 450 energy coach consults since the program launched in February 2021.
Connecting the dots between consult and project completion is difficult, since we talk with residents at all stages of their home energy journeys: from just beginning to think about efficiency and electrification to maintenance and operations questions for households that have already completed a project. Plus, we do not always work with residents throughout their entire project and are not directly tracking individuals' progress.
We do track home energy projects in the City as best as we can, externally to the coaching program. Updates on City climate progress can be found here.
